Applications are invited on or before 17.9.2010 from the eligible candidates for filling up the following vacant posts in the University & GGS Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot, purely on contract basis.
  • Supervisor (Laundry): - 1
    • Qualification:
      • Graduate in any stream from a recognized university
      • Minimum 5 years experience in a big laundry.
    • Pay: As per negotiation
  • Laboratory Technician: 13 Posts
    • Qualification:
      • 10+2 or its equivalent from recognized Board/ University/ Institution with Science
      • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution.
      • Preference will be given to the candidates possessing B.Sc.(MLT) qualification.
      • Working experience of three years in a recognized Hospital/ Institution.
      • Punjabi up to Matriculation level.
    • Pay: Rs.10,000/- with B.Sc. MLT qualification Rs.8,500/- with DMLT qualification
  • Radiographer: 02 Posts
    • Qualification:
      • 10+2 or its equivalent from recognized Board/ University/ Institution with Science
      • Diploma in Radiography from a recognized Institution.
      • Punjabi up to Matriculation level.
    • Pay: Rs.10,000/-
  • O.T.A: 7 Posts
    • Qualification:
      • Matric with Science /10+2 or its equivalent from recognized University/Institution with science.
      • Diploma in O.T.A from a recognized Institution.
      • Punjabi up to Matriculation level.
    • Pay: Rs. 8500/-
  • Laboratory Attendant: 6 Posts
    • Qualification:
      • Matric with Science (Physics & Chemistry) from recognized Board/ University/ Institution
      • Preference will be given to the candidates Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution.
      • Punjabi up to Matriculation level.
    • Pay: Rs.6,000/- with DMLT qualification Rs.5,000/- with Matric qualification
  • Refractionist (Ophthalmic Officer): 1 Post
    • Qualification:
      • Should have passed Senior Secondary Part-II examination in Science with Biology as one of the subject or its equivalent from a recognizes university or institution and
      • Should possess a diploma of Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognizes university or institution.
    • Pay: Rs. 13500/-
  • Data Entry Operator: 30 Posts
    • Qualification:
      • Graduate 2nd class in any stream from a recognized University
      • Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University/Board.
    • Pay: Rs. 6000/- p.m.
  • Steno-typist: 6 Posts (English-4, Punjabi-2)
    • Qualification: Graduate 2nd class in any stream with a speed of 80/40 WPM in English Shorthand/Typing & proficiency in Computers. Experienced persons will be preferred.
    • Pay: Rs. 6500/-
